This unusual rosé is a cofermentation of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Blanc. It’s an uneasy compromise, with neither grape really taking the lead. Kind of like one of those awkward wine and food combos where the whole is less than either of its parts. Sour strawberry flavors thin out quickly; that’s about it.
