This unusual rosé is a blend of both white and red grapes fermented together in oak barrels, but there’s a nary a hint of toast or vanilla to suggest time in oak. It’s an exceptionally well-integrated wine with fine finessed berry and watermelon flavors along with delicate hints of spice and cherry blossom. Zesty acidity and a fresh saline finish lend to its refreshing appeal.
