Graphite and vanilla aromas are offset by herbal, stemmy notes of hard spice and mint. The palate shows tomatoey acidity and flavors of pie cherry, tart plum, cherry tomato and vanilla. As might be expected given the precedings, the finish is cleansing and high in acid.
