Undurraga has never been know for sparkling wines, and this brut isn’t going to help much. It smells okay, with applesauce and lemon-lime stirring intrigue. But the palate and feel are off. It’s foamy in the mouth, with undefined white-fruit flavors. Not ready for prime time.
