Solid, crisp and consistent with the previous vintage. Undurraga’s T.H. from Leyda is a Sauvignon Blanc made in the oceanic, cool-climate style. It’s stripped of all fat and weight; instead, it hits with tangerine, orange and a bit of green. A nice example of a streamlined, fit white wine.
