Actor Sam Neill’s Central Otago wine estate is sometimes billed as the southernmost in the world. The 2011 is a tart, medium-bodied wine blanketed in caramel- and mocha-scented oak. Enough modest cherry fruit pokes through, and there’s an attractive, mouthwatering finish. Drink now–2018.
