This is the winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon-based Bordeaux blend, containing all five of the major Bordeaux grape varities. Superripe and high in alcohol, it lacks subtle complexity or ageworthiness. Forward jam, chocolate and oak flavors are undeniably delicious though.
