The pedigree of this Cabernet shows in the incredible depth of flavor and softly gentle, complex tannins. With intensely concentrated blackberry jam, cassis liqueur and oak flavors, it’s distinctly Napa-esque. It is, however, compromised by sharp acidity that’s noticeable throughout the palate experience.
