This blend of 70% Roussanne, 14% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier and 6% Picpoul Blanc shows potential but is still finding its way. Aromas of Key-lime pith, sea salt, honeydew and walnut oil lead into a slightly bitter palate with tobacco flavors, dried yellow fruit, orange rinds and more nut oils.
