One of the first to use the now famed acronym for Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre blends, Oatley’s GSM is luscious yet broody, with oak that should integrate better with a little more time in the bottle. Think ripe cherry, dark chocolate and black olive notes. The palate is medium in weight and has a bitter, oaky finish. Drink 2018–2022.
