This blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Carignane sure did get ripe, but it’s too fruity and simple, offering little beyond massive blackberry, blueberry, cherry and currant flavors. An only-in- California wine, it’s easy to drink now if you need a full-bodied, tannic red.
