Syrah is not an approved grape for Douro wines, so the grapes from the small parcel at Romaneira go under the regional name. The wine is rich, generous and concentrated. Perfumed black fruits are laced with fine tannins and a ripe acidity. A wine for aging further, it will be ready from 2018.
