Another fine Cabernet from Prime, following a great 2009. This ’10 is perhaps a little off pace from the prior vintage, but is nonetheless impressive. Dry and smoothly tannic, it shows complicated blackberry, blueberry, black currant, sage and mineral flavors. Give it at least six years in a good cellar.
