Here is a big, friendly wine with plenty of sweet, spicy oak in the aromas and flavors, and an easygoing texture that’s not too tannic or acidic. It shows smoky, almost sweet, toasted oak aromas and basically melts in your mouth like milk chocolate, which would make a good pairing.
