Spicy ginger and liqueur-like vanilla notes on the nose announce this engaging, medium-weight Champagne. There’s nice tension here between the bright, youthful lemon and green-apple flavors and the fuller, fairly mature earthy notes. It finishes long and nicely complex, and comes in a unique pineapple-like bottle, too.
