MacPhail 2012 Rosé of Pinot Noir Rosé (Sonoma Coast)

This is our first peek at MacPhail’s 2012 Pinots, and to judge by it, they’ll be pretty good. The wine is dark in color and full-bodied for a rosé, with the weight and texture of Chardonnay. It’s enormously flavorful in raspberries, vanilla, honey and spices.
