Golden in color, this Petit Manseng (with 10% Seyval Blanc) underwent carbonic maceration, giving it punchy notes of lemon, grapefruit and pineapple rind on the nose and palate. Rich in feel, almost to the point of being flabby, there’s just enough acid to maintain balance.
