Each Le Cadeau wine has a different consulting winemaker. Scott Shull (Raptor Ridge) made this generously toasty wine. Bright fruit flavors bring berry and cherry forward, though in this young wine they are not yet completely integrated. Give it some hours of aeration and it pulls together nicely, or cellar it until 2018.
