Country: US / Cuvée Giselle
Variety: Pinot Noir Oregon
Winery: Lachini / Chehalem Mountains
At first taste, this is a difficult wine to evaluate because of its tight, compact and tannic structure. Pomegranate and strawberry fruits slowly emerge from a shell of earthy tannins, suggesting that with a few more years in the bottle this will evolve into a broader, more expressive wine.
