A nice Pinot, showing real complexity. Dry and medium-bodied, the wine’s acidity is brisk, and highlights flavors of cherries, red currants, pomegranates, cola, Chinese five-spice and Provençal herbs. Might develop for a few years, although it’s hard to predict, since it’s a new brand.
