Wonderfully balanced notes of green, yellow and red apples are subsumed beautifully into a taut, yeasty, autolytic strucutre. Dryness lets the fruit speak while the fizz dances woftly. This is immensely refreshing and has real grace—thanks to 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir.
