The fabulous 2012 vintage has resulted in a fine wine made from Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel. It’s muscular, full-bodied, bone-dry and tannic, with elaborate blackberry, currant, tobacco and spice flavors. Good for drinking now, but give it a few hours in a decanter to let those tannins soften.
