Near equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Franc with the balance Cabernet Sauvignon (14%), this wine is aromatically reserved, with notes of tire rubber, parsley, coffee and exotic spices. It’s supple in feel, filled with coffee and cherry flavors. There’s plenty interesting going on but the aromas and flavors seem disconnected.
