A nice, drily crisp Sauvignon Blanc that needs food to show it off. It’s tart now, with Meyer lemon and pink grapefruit flavors and a steely, minerally undertow. Feels elegant and clean. Nice with bruschetta topped with grilled veggies and goat cheese.
