The wine is a blend of several vineyards in the Green Valley. It shows its cool origins in the brisk acidity and tannins, and the overall delicacy, so balanced and refined in the mouth. Bone dry and zesty, it conveys intricate flavors of cranberries, cola, persimmons and red cherries. It’s beautiful now, and should develop well through at least 2020.
