It’s the lightly honeyed Gros Manseng in the blend with Sauvignon Blanc that works well for this Fezes family wine from northern Gascony. It rounds out the citrus flavors and adds apricot and green plums. The result is an attractive fruity wine that will be better from the end of 2016.
