There’s a richness to this wine that’s immensely pleasurable, but also a meaty, umami spiciness. It’s actually remniscent of chocolate-covered bacon, infused with blackberry essence and liquid licorice, then sprinkled with black pepper. Really delicious, if a little hot in alcohol.
