Fragrant and expressive, it’s got a wonderful lift to the plummy fruit which is spiced up with clove and gamy scents of smoked and cured meats. This is not your typical jammy, fruit-driven Syrah; it’s much tighter and more Rhône-like, with fine natural acids and aging potential of up to a decade.
