Aged in 100% once-filled barrels, this smooth and savory wine blends four different Dijon clones. The spicy raspberry and cherry fruit coats the tongue, wrapped in light caramel and toast. It’s a very pretty, elegant wine, drinking nicely already, but one that should continue to hold together well through 2020.
