A Napa Valley wine from the Central Coast folks at Fess Parker Winery, this Cab was aged for more than two years in 67% new French oak. Briary, it drips in brawny black fruit and highlights of tobacco, clove, leather and black pepper. An uplifting hit of acidity maintains a balance against the heft.
